Position over view

We are growing, and have a steady pipeline for which we are now recruiting a Sales Director (UK&I) to be based in our Bracknell office. This will be focused on bringing new business and revenue for large enterprise accounts.

 

This is a direct sales position and comes with full responsibility for the development and delivery of target revenues in your assigned territory, working in collaboration with stakeholders within the company, managing all activities in the company’s CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales flow end to end for VATBox Tier 1 Accounts with support and collaboration of the Sales Development Team members
  • Defining market strategy plans in collaboration with management and executing on them including identification and removal of competitive and tactical barriers
  • Lead generation through collaboration with assigned SD team members, partner & event networking and self-directed efforts, including account analysis planning and research
  • Managing and leading demo calls, follow ups, contract negotiations and closure, working closely with Sales Development team members and management to agree the full scope and potential of the customer

Requirements

  • Preferably from within the tax or financial professional services sector, SAAS, ERP background
  • Must have experience approaching blue chip organisations at director level.
  • Must have the ability to set up and run control procedures, achieve sales objectives and profitability targets
  • Experience of running a sales team.

  • Be responsible for achieving individual account management quota, including account expansion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential stakeholders in order to grow the business revenue
  • Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the Customer Success department
  • Effectively communicate Company value propositions in all account expansion opportunities
  • Working with the VATBox team in cooperation and according to management guidance
  • Following direct and Company management directions

Requirements

  • University degree educated ideally
  • Proven ability in achieving revenue targets on assigned accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage relationship with our customer’s executive sponsors.
  • Experience in selling/managing accounts within financial organizations is a plus.
  • Proven ability of leading a team of success managers remotely.
  • Minimum of 4+ years Account Management experience, within Enterprise market segment.
  • Proven ability to understand business/financial reports and to extract insights that will enable account optimization and generate business opportunity.

Position overview

We are looking for a data scientist that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products.

You should have a strong background in statistical modelling. In addition, you should be an experienced machine learning expert with deep understanding of both supervised and unsupervised techniques, especially in text analysis and Natural Language Processing. Ninja skills in python are also required.

The AM is responsible for ensuring continuity of revenue from assigned accounts, as well as actively seeking expansion opportunities and is measured on revenue and attrition targets. The position will form part of a multi-disciplined team who are comprised of consultants and program managers,

Develop and manage advanced CD processes in the cloud (AWS) and on premise,

Manage multiple environments on AWS, be able to manage infrastructure as code

Responsibilities

  • Assist with providing overall vision, strategy, direction and goals for the Business Development function.
  • Market mapping, industry/category trend analysis and growth landscape assessment
  • Business case development, opportunity quantification, risks and constraints evaluation, and enablers identification
  • Converting insights into compelling selling stories and commercial GTM strategies
  • Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue.
  • Keeps current regarding industry trends, competitive marketing strategies, referral source needs and future opportunities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, ideally with 5+ years of experience in strategic analysis, consulting, communications and/or project management related roles.
  • Excellent business judgement and agility, with the ability to evolve according to fast-changing market environment
